How to get started!
1. Take a moment to read one or two of the articles about training. They answer some of the more common questions about the benefits of personal training and what the training process is like.
2. Then go to my appointments page where you can make an appointment for a free consultation.
3. Lastly, visit my downloads page and download the forms needed to start training. They are the Broad Goal Sheet and the YWCA Health History form. We'll use the former to outline goals during our consultation, and the later is a standard health history form required before starting training.
