Terms and conditions for private training and classes:

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment a 24 hour cancellation notice is required. Individuals who do not cancel within 24 hours of their allotted time or do not show up for their appointment, will be charged the service rate. No refund will be provided in case of cancellation or no-show. All personal training sessions expire 90 days from date of purchase. All other classes, training sessions, and packages expire according to terms set forth at time of purchase. All purchased yoga classes and packages expire 90 Days from date of purchase. Classes must be used in full before the expiration date or they will be forfeited. Packages and classes are not transferable. Refunds are not available.

Cancelation policy for subscriptions:

You may cancel your subscription by using the customer login page or the link that is included with your emailed receipt. When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to receive your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period. In order not to be charged for the next month of service, you must cancel 3 business days before the renewal date. No refunds are given for partial months. If you run into any problems, please contact us.

Term and conditions for free trials:

  1. Trials are 21 days from the date you activate the trial offer.

  2. At the end of the trial you card will be billed each month until you cancel the service as per our subscription cancelation policy above.

  3. The trial must be must be canceled 3 working days before the trial ends if the user wishes to not be charged for service at the end of the trial period.

  4. Trial participants must set up a free account with the video service provider, Vimeo.

  5. Notice will be sent if payment fails for any reason. It is the customers responsibility to make sure payment details are correct for renewals.
