Classes at the YWCA Midtown

I teach four yoga class at the YWCA Midtown. I also teach an amazing Core Fit on Fridays.

All of these classes are included with a YWCA membership or applicable drop in fee for non-members or guests.

  • Thursday Power Yoga 4:00 pm.
  • Friday Core Fit 5:00 pm
  • Friday Vinyasa Yoga 5:30 pm
  • Saturday Hatha Yoga 10:15 am
  • Saturday Power Yoga 11:30 am.
